Well, I just received my order. I don't remember when I ordered, just that it wasn't too long ago, less than a month. Despite an apparent long holiday in India, the packages got here from there pretty darn fast. So, formally, this company acquired and shipped my product in about 3 weeks. I consider this a fast delivery and I'm very pleased. Plus, my order is rather difficult to obtain, making me doubly happy.
The shipping quality is excellent, as always. Styrofoam peanuts included, which I encourage everyone who gets them to recycle at your local mailboxes, etc. or UPS stores.
However, Matthew and Chris agreed (Matthew proposed this) that as compensation for being shorted a med and waiting two months for my last order, I would receive extra meds in my next order (the one that arrived today) that would correspond to the dollar value of my last order. This is a bit much, perhaps, but my last order was pure heck and there were several problems. As a result, I have more respect for them because they don't make excuses, but compensation was suggested by me, the exact amount was suggested by Matthew and agreed to by Chris, yet...
Like with an earlier order, this compensation was not included in the shipment that arrived today. Was it all talk, or a simple miscommunication somewhere in the pipeline?
