Once a package is placed in the hands of the Postal Services it is out of our hands. We have to give it 30 days, per the very first FAQ on our website, before we can re-ship or make a refund.
If a problem develops with a particular product we have made substitutions, and in one instance changed a supplier.
There is little more that anyone can do beyond taking those steps.
