We did not say that we would not work with you. The shipper will not ship less than 110 tablets of anything from the North American location. We must work with the supplier of the product in the resolution of the issue. Just as we would need to work with the supplier of any pharmaceutical that is shipped from our own pharmacy in either of our European locations.
It would not be up to us, but up to the supplier if they wish to send out less than the 110 tablets. This is all we can do at this point. The supplier has been contacted and we will work with the both of you to a resolution.
That is a direct cut and past from the PM with no modifications. We did not say we would not work to resolve the problem. We cannot give the answer for the supplier at this point. The supplier has been contacted and we will await the answer of the supplier.
