We have the DHC when a prescription for dihydrocodone is faxed to us via our North American fax line along with supporting medical records.
As to the codeine, and a few other narcotics, we have had a large number of people ordering more than the allowed 90 day supply. And, that plain old codeine is still available but we are only sending it to a few select customers who we know are valid chronic pain patients.
We will ship a 90 day supply of products for orders without a prescription from our new pharmacy which we have opened and from which we can do this without waiting for a prescription from the doctor on this end. If you do not have a prescription, you do not need to bother with filling out the forms by the way. You order and the product is shipped disreetly from our second European pharmacy. Much faster. Much easier.
As to the legal issues, from day one the website has had posted a notice that you should have a prescription on your end before ordering....that does not mean that we will not ship it. But, with so many orders without prescriptions we have had to open a pharmacy in a neighboring country in order to handle this volume of orders without prescriptions. Orders which come in with prescriptions, and we do get them for DHC also, by the way, are handled in a normal manner. I think it is fair to say that there are more than Chronic Pain patients using this board.
I remember a certain gentleman from the Phillipines who started out by trusting people on this board and sending the medicine first and waiting for his money later. He got burned very badly. I will repeat that MOST of the people on this site are very honest people, in pain and in need of help. But, there are sometimes a few rotten apples at the bottom of any barrel.
