I wanted to jump in and state that I too have had great experience. If ordering international you can count on 30 days. Matthew is quick to reply to emails. My first order, like most people, I got a little concerned and emailed them, they replied quickly. I have since ordered another order. Just keep in mind 30 days and order accordingly.
