This was supposedly to take it up with their suppplier. Remember folk, my issues with ourrx go back to November 2003!

At this point, if their ultram is reasonably decent, I'd be satisfied with that.

Sometimes I think they are just hoping I will just go away. Unfortunately for them, , I am not really a cat, and my expected lifespan is longer than the typical 15 years for the average housecat.

Just send me one decent med order & I'll shut up, ok?

No, don't ever give up. But it's far too bad you have to keeping fighting over and over again for what you ordered.

I'm very sorry for all the troubles you've with this company CatMom. You deserve much better. Perhaps this will serve to warn others. Though the few who have had good luck with them willl continue tooting their horn. I prefer to look at the overall picture.
