I placed my order on the 1st of November,and shortly later received a "payment confirmed" email. I then received three emails in a row from "CUSTOMER SERVICE" (I had sent them a quick email to let them know that I am a DB's member,and to please apply the offer,seeing that I didn't get a chance to type in any special info while making my payment). Response was fast,and I was told that they would indeed be able to send my free codeine product.
On the 2nd I was sent an email stating my order shipped
Then,on the 6th,I received an email from Matthew Maleo explaining how my Frontin was ready to ship,but how it would have to be taken out of it's original bottle for discretional purposes. Fine. Then,he went on to say that the rest of my order (being my three codeine products-the stuff I really wanted) would be sent out next week. HOLD ON A SECOND.
I forwarded him a copy of the email I received on the 2nd,stating that my order had already shipped.
He promptly replied,saying that he was sorry,there must have been a miscommunication between "them" (the company?) and shipping (located in Bucharest). He added that when my codeine was to ship out,they would add a little extra,to "take away a little of my disappointment".
I then got another email shortly after from Matthew,saying he was sorry,it appeared that my entire order did ship out together after all. He mentioned how they were a new comapny,and still "learning the ropes". This is an important time for them,because if they do indeed deliver,all of us who have already ordered with them will surely be posting feedback here-good and/or bad. Good luch to all thise who ordered!
