The deal is: New company. Got a little confused out of the gate. Got hit with Christmas in Europe, slowed everything down and made people angry. Rectified it. Got a little wobbly with some financing deals and a bad employee (IIRC). Got that taken care of.

they deliver...
when they make a mistake (or their web page has a bug) the acknoledge it and make it right.
it's also true that around the new year holidays mail/shipping gets SLOW the world over... I've been ordering meds internationally for over a decade (used to FAX my price quote and order back and forth to Masters Marketing when they first opened) and shipping stuff internationally for 30+ years and IT HAPPENS.
I just wish they did MORE indian/thai and eastern european stuff.
part of an order came from india for me... a 100 lot of valium... and it was FAST (under 10 days), nice double scored Vs in foil pack, effective, and cheaper than my local drug store.
I'm about to do an order from "the other" site as soon as I figure out the best payment option.
