We run out of stock on hundreds of items and then we restock....sometimes this takes time due to problems with suppliers....from out website first FAQ:
Q: How long does it take for my medication to arrive?
A: It usually takes about seven business days (this means that SATURDAY
AND SUNDAY ARE NOT ORDER PROCESSING OR SHIPPING DAYS) for your order
to be processed at our pharmacy in Europe and another five to eight
business days for the medication to arrive to you. From Europe all orders are
shipped via Airmail. From Asia all orders are shipped via Registered Mail. However, due to peak order time, shipping carrier and unexpected
circumstances we ask you to be patient up to 30 days.
Orders with a prescription, or a copy of a prior prescription, a copy of which is
faxed to us, can ship within 48 hours.
We now ship certain drugs which act on the central nervous system, which
are ordered without a prescription, from two separate locations. All products
from our Asian office will be sent via registered mail.
There is only one location in Europe from which we can ship central nervous
system medication without a prescription. All items shipped from our other
European location and our Asian location will be shipped with a copy of a
prescription from our doctor effective 10 February 2004
