I received a domestic order from them last week - absolutely NO problem - have been dealing with them for a while now - and find them great - any problems are resolved, they are very responsive to e-mails, and seem like genuinly good people trying to build up a first class operation. I know Penny thinks I am on their payroll or something - but I have had terrible experiences with IOP's in the past - and I can't say enough good things about RP4L. They most certainly are NOT scam artists. They also read this board, and if you PM them they will get back to you within 48 hours tops - usually quicker.........
