Regardless of what side you are on as far as being a satisfied customer or one who has had problems. This site offers constant and constistent communication on this board as well as others. I personally placed an order then cancelled it a few months back and not only was promptly refunded my money but also was followed up by a personal email. In countless threads about how poor or non exsistent customer service is from 99% of NROP's, this site deserves, in my humnble opinion, praise for their efforts.
