This is Matthew here this time. I rarely come to this board anymore; i simply want to do my job and get orders to customers, and then they can do all the posting on the board. I am surprised at some of the posts. I read a couple of them saying that they had written me and i replied back saying the order had been shipped, when in fact i never received their emails let alone wrote back saying an order had been shipped. I do not give false shipping dates. I will not give a false date simply to appease a customer. I will be as honest as i can be, give an approximate date i think something can be shipped, and not make up several excuses for not having shipped an order.
Soneone here made a post that they had not received their Pharmased order, had written me, and said that i replied saying that it had been reshipped. This is completely untrue. I have never reshipped this product, and have never had to do so.
If you have a question or a problem with your order, please email me. I am the one to ask about your order/s. If i have not sent you an email saying that it has been shipped, then it has not been shipped. And if i say that it has been shipped, then it has been put in the mail.
