I don't think anyone would be happy at getting a tracking number for an empty package. And, when we sell out of something we do need to replenish that stock. This takes a day, or two. No where is a domestic source mentioned, as your post specifically states. We do mention domestic shipping.
We are on the opposite side of the planet. We do not have an office in North America, nor have we ever said we do. Once the order is received in North America, it will be sent to shipment within 2 hours, unless there is an issue such as being out of stock. It takes about seven days for a product to be re-stocked, though it could take a few days longer.
