Before I placed an order with ourrx4less I really got the impression that they were the place to go. They sounded convincing and honest, which, in hindsight means: they have good language skills. They have, really, and they are intelligent. That´s as far as my praises go, because that´s just a facade.
That wouldn´t really matter to me if they were a good operation. But they are not. I live in Europe. I placed my order about two months ago and when I ask of any news about it I get my email returned. (NOT an automated bounce-back!) This happened today and the last email I sent was a week ago (which was not replied to at all). I have heard similar stories and excuses how these delays came about and strangely enough these are not consistent with each other.
I have never, EVER felt as humiliated when trying to order anything from an IOP before; people just pretending to be nice while at the same time letting me know I am a nuisance for wanting the meds I have paid for.
I have been hesitating to post here for a long time since I really wanted to give them a chance to prove themselves, but it is obviously going nowhere. So this is my experience with ourrx4less, and I´m fully convinced that they will try to turn the tables against me in their usual manner, which neither my linguistic abilities nor my depressive state of mind will allow me to reply to.
For me: I have never had to post a negative IOP experience before while being a member of DB. Now I simply have to. The worst ever. Period.
So go ahead, Chris & Co, make my words seem exaggerated or unbelievable or whatever. I know you will have to defend your image.
