To contradict that statement with fact:
If you read through all of the feedback, opinions, experience, refunding, etc., you will see that there are quite a bit more than 10 unsatisfied customers. Moreover, you can count the number of satisfied customers on ONE HAND based on the content of this board.
Nothing personal, I'm sure you guys are trying really hard to get your act together, especially with your attempted US based warehouse. Once you can get all the kinks worked out and provide quality product in a timely manner I'm sure you will gain MANY satisfied and RETURNING customers. Once I hear more good things I will give you a shot also.
