got all of the first order fine... the packages were spread out over a week+ but all arrived intact and in good order.
placed the 2nd order and got you the additional shipping info over the weekend and I will be looking for the packages soon.
the double charge/paypal issue is still outstanding...don't know how long paypal takes to post some stuff (I mainly use it on my ebay auctions but have never had to do a refund myself... I do know they refund all the sellers charges though).
undoubtedly a web page bug...
I composed the order in several stages over a weekend and while the shopping cart (and it's cookie) stayed "intact" on my machine it may have double reported the order somewhere along the line between composing the order and getting the shipping address in it since the duplicates have the same order but different delivery addresses (both mine, but the LONG multi-line address more secure).

p.s. I know a -lot- of your and other IOP's business is in pain/stress/growth medicines... but I was looking at your pricing on other meds you carry and they're quite good...
Lipitor for example... I've got several months worth of free samples right now (being at a medical school has it's advantages) but your prices on a lot this type of stuff is 1/2-2/3 of the US retail.
