If you check the posts on this board you will see the office in Europe was closed from the 12th to the 18th as has been explained to you in an email.
We will refund your order if it has not been shipped. If it has been shipped, you should note that you have ordered from Europe and it could take up to four weeks for the product to reach you via Air Mail. It is very much against the law for us to ship product from within Europe via FedEX or UPS to the United States. We are constrained to using Air Mail from within Europe by European regulations.
We have responded to your email. As stated, your $70.80 will be cheerfully refunded if the product has not been sent....which would be odd on their part in Europe, not to say that mistakes do not happen.
