We cannot pick up the telephone and call the local vendor asking them to restock us. We plan ahead. But, we cannot plan for delays that are beyond our control.
One perfect example: the closer to the Republican and Democratic conventions, the longer the delays will be in getting products into North America due to the increased border security.
The restock of the item you probably ordered should have been this past Weds. We are now looking at Monday or Tues.
Customers are getting their orders, unfortunately, for a few there is a slight delay. Once we have restocked that product those few orders will go out in hours.
