IN ADDITION .. ABOVE AND BEYOND .. an item I ordered was not in stock so they substituted something similiar. I told them "This is not working for me." What did they do? Did they say "Sorry .. dunno what to tell you." No, they said "No problem. We'll take care of you. Hang on."
Oh, and by the way. That's great that they did that for you. You're right. Most people would just forget about it and not do anything. A+ on that.
