She has received SEVERAL somethings. And, no customer has NEVER gotten their order.
Here is a copy of ONE of her private messages she recently sent. I had told Matthew to send her a considerable SOMETHING to help make up for her problems. And, this is the third time around. She has made TWO prior posts stating that she got the last shipment. Here, now is another.
Once this was authorized by me and sent to her, the above is what she posted. Here is the PM she sent when she was told that I had instructed Matthew to ship her a significant gift on our part. HMMMMM..

Congratulations on his nuptuals! Please inform me ASAP if my previous request (and promise to post positively but not too speicifically about how our customer service dating back to November 2003! issues have been resolved)
