The point that I was making was that more than a few unhappy folks posted on numerous occassion all with the same gripe. There is no need to mention names, people can read.
Some had a valid complaint, that has always been admitted AND resolved in one manner or the other. Others, well...no comment. Before we came to this board we were warned that there would be those with either hidden agendas. We think we have successfully weathered that storm.
Diggsbakes: one point--you have always been a thoughtful and up front person. You should know that you have gained my respect.
But, I think that there are more than one hands worth of happy customers. There are a minimum of 10 on any given day as our orders only rarely go below that number on a daily basis.
The fact that we do make refunds is a positive, in my book. It means we are not here to take someone's money and run.
