I wanted to jump in and state that I too have had great experience. If ordering international you can count on 30 days. Matthew is quick to reply to emails. My first order, like most people, I got a little concerned and emailed them, they replied quickly. I have since ordered another order. Just keep in mind 30 days and order accordingly. I don't think you can go wrong here.

sometimes they suprise you

I placed an order... and "as usual" it was shipped from like 3 countries...

but the part I got FIRST was the package sent via a "UPS" like courier company from India!
