Of all the posts that i have read from the very beginning of our presence on DrugBuyers, this is the one that upsets me the most. I know that i cannot or should not take any post personally, but this one i cannot help but do so.

First of all i do not lie to our customers. I admit that we need to work on many things, and one being emailing customers when there are delays, and not waiting for them to email us. But when i make a mistake, i will be the first one to admit to it, and then do my very best to correct it. I am not perfect. Chris is not perfect. None of us here are perfect. Delays happen, most of you know that, with nearly any company, and yes we need to be as straight as we can to explain why a delay is happening.

The business we are in is anything but easy, and we started it up in a very difficult area of the world. Nothing ever seems to go right in this country. Sometimes i'm not even sure if gravity follows the same laws here. And from day one we worked our butts off to get it going, and still work long hours to take care of the day to day details, the changing and growing, the problems that crop up here and there. This is NOT a walk in the park. This is a tough job and i take it very seriously. We will be around for quite awhile and i will make sure of that.

The latest thorn in my side is the mail system here. Packages are taking too long to arrive, or are not arriving at all. My hands have been tied (having no control over what happens to parcels after they are shipped), but we are taking steps to eliminate this problem. Customers not receiving orders = a very big headache for me.

I understand the complaints and frustration about us taking too long to deliver, or of not receiving orders (we are doing our best to correct these problems and get everyone their orders). What i do not understand or appreciate is being called a liar and a creep and insinuations that we do not work. Yes, be honest and inform the other members on the board about your situation; after all this is what makes DrugBuyers such an important place. But do not attack my integrity.
