What 'hidden agenda' could one possibly have? People just want what they ordered in a reasonable time, and for them to actually be effective. Catmom ordered late last year and still hasen't received all her order.
Trying to pass the buck and continually making excuses isn't what any good business should be doing. They should instead focus on the obvious problems at hand, and taking care of their customers as quickly as possible. Not arguing with them.

From what I've seen, yes that is true. And for that I commend you. You did refund me once I requested it when I found out nothing was shipped, as I had been told many times before that my order was shipped. Only to later find out it wasn't. I'd 'guess' better record keeping is needed.
I'm just saddened that you still haven't fully taken care of Catmom after all this time. Get her fully satisfied, and you'll not see me in any of your threads again.
