In perusing this entire thread I noticed a few posters reporting that they had received a substitute for a med that was out of stock. Is this something that OPFL routinely does (i.e.,substitute)?; and if so, when one orders is there a way to indicate that one would prefer to wait rather than accept a substitution?; or could one list alternates to substitute with?.
I have to remark that the customer service, as evidenced on this thread, is highly unusual, quite exemplary, and very encouraging.
