Firstly, the order was shipped from Europe. And, it is possible you may have gotten a bad batch.

Fourthly, and more importantly, we do not ship from Pakistan in any way, shape, form or fashion.
I am confident that Matthew will get you out the replacement, if he has not done so already. I do have a problem understanding why anyone would throw something away BEFORE making contact with the company from which they made the purchase. But, that is just me.
Finally, we do not hand deliver anything. From Europe it is placed in the post. Once it is in the hands of the post it takes however long it takes for them to deliver. Some get delivered much faster than others, we do not know the reason why. But, you are ordering from EUROPE and four to five weeks is not unheard of for receipt.
