Well if you haven't heard anything good about "these guys" -RP4L you obviously haven't read any of my posts - because I have had nothing but POSITIVE experience(s) with Chris, Matthew and Nicole - and can't say enough good things about their company.
I don't know what your problem with them is - but badmouthing them is not going to resolve it. IMHO they are one of the BEST IOP's out there and if you have an issue with them, suggest you e-mail or PM them and you will get a response - but to say what you have in your post kind of shows you don't want to resolve any issue you might have with them - but just want to rant.
