I placed my order on 2/9/04. I payed with my cc which was billed that same day. I asked for an e-mail regarding confirmation. It was sent saying everything was shipped and they were behind in responding. I accepted that. A few days later, I received an e-mail stating "I am allowed to be weird I am a Pharacist" Whatever that meant,who only knows.
Matthew later emailed me saying 1 item had been shipped and the rest would follow ASAP. So, it was never shipped in the first place Right? I e-mailed my "confusion" with the conflicting messages. No response. I e-mailed back stating I thought this was a SCAM.blah blah blah
I received an e-mail stating that some stuff had been sent one item was a stronger dose(in case I wanted to complain about that too) I was also told Any other complaints and they would add 25.00 to my bill. Ooh, now I had my hand slapped. I guess I just better keep my mouth shut. Oh BTW
how can they charge me more money? Do they keep #'s? So, take my experience and learn. My order was very small so I am not out my mortgage payment but be careful!!! So far nothing has arrived and I doubt it will. I would have been more patient without all the odd emails from this co.
