I think that's a pretty severe blanket statement to make about a company that has been pretty solid. Domestic for them is something very new and I'm sure there are a few kinks to work out.
If you are unhappy, my experince with this company is .. just talk to them on a normal level and say "Hey .. this is screwy .. could you check and see what's up? .." and they take care of it. If you got an unsatisfactory answer from an inquiry, my advice would be to mail Chris directly at the e-mail he posted above. He's The Big Boss and usually when he becomes involved things seem to happen right quick.
Give that communication a try instead of blanket statements and threats and let us know how it turns out.
