Yeah, yeah. I also got an e-mail saying that my order was going to be broken up into two parts. I was told one was going to ship out about a month ago and the other one a week later. Well the first one got here this last Friday. (Oh, by the way I ordered on the 20th of December.) I was expecting half an order. It was about a quarter of it, and if you count the pill quantity of the whole order it was only about 1/8'th of the whole thing (but then they cleverly did not tell me how much they were putting in each). Even though it was only 30 pills, I did like the packaging (very discrete), looked like a bubble wrap envelope about the size of a letter (good luck cramming the rest of the order in the other one).
Still waiting on the rest of it. I highly doubt it was shipped out when they said it did. You can blame it on the Postal Service all you want, but I'm no dummy. I order things on eBay from Europe and Asia all the time. It doesn't take a month to get here. More like three or four days, a week max. I'm sorry if this post sounds a bit angry and sarcastic. I've never said nothing negative about you guys before, but I'm getting a little bit fed up with the wait and the run around. I do appreciate all the quick responses and all the posts you guys make on this board, that's all gravy. I never had a problem with your customer service. It's the results that I have a problem with, so far. Next time I would just appreciate some honesty in all those replies, that's all. Also leave your name at the end of the e-mail or a post instead of {Matt/Nicole/Chris} or whatever you guys put down, just one name is enough. That way we'll know who we're talking to.
But like I was saying just be honest. If you say next week, make it next week. You don't have to tell me next week when you know it's going to be next month. I understand you guys are having some problems, but just be honest and tell me it'll take a month. I'm a big boy, I can take it.
Thanks for reading this, hope you take it seriously and not have us waiting at the mailbox 2 or 3 weeks early.
