Actually, my best friends husband is LEO & I was curious about this & asked him...he agrees with the poster above re/paperwork & whether this is "worth the time & investment into ink" & unless the trainee is one of the arresting officers, he cannot write up the reports & fill out paperwork....as the interview process must be completed by the investigating officer/complaintant said"....." witness 1 states" cldiutf" I asked him if he would get inolved with such a complaint...he said he also wouldn't have alot of leeway...so your right there...if the pharmacist calls in the complaint, & he picks up the call...he'd have to see it through to completion...perhaps ya'll will remember the recent case in my fair city, at a pharmacy just around the block from my home, of the police officer who shot a young mother in the back ...she was attempting to "flee" after purchasing a forged script for Soma...the EXACT same scenario as here...she called in the fake...and went to pick it up...the pharmacy stalled, called LE...LEO(a traffic cop on a motor cycle no less) responds...woman wiht her 18 month old son in car attempts to leave...LEO uses some BIZARRE use of force ideology gone awry...and shoots woman, DEAD...This particular LEO is now being charged with MURDER...Best if kept off the board, didn't anyone ever tell her she could buy the soma online WITHOUT A SCRIPT...good wallace brand...
