I will clarify what was said before:

The reason she can claim practical joke is because there is no proof she went to the pharmacy to pick it up. All there is evidence of is that she went to the pharmacy and is on camera there. No one knows what she said. No one has a recording of it, the pharmacist could have been lying. She could have gone to the pharmacy to see if another prescription was ready, or to ask them where they sell advil.

I am aware this is not the best defense. I was making a point that no one has any proof of what she did based on the limited story we have to go on. Again, I am not a lawyer, I don't know if it would fly, all I'm saying is this is not neccessarily quite the death sentence it appears to be.
