Everything in your last couple of posts sounds just great. The problem is, you are assuming everybody is using their drugs responsibly. As Anglwink point out, with all the IP's and IOP's out their, there is a lot of self medicating going on. Anybody who reads the boards knows this. If alcohol is used responsibly, it's not a problem. Same with hydro, benzo's, whatever. But they both have the potential for abuse-- especially when someone is behind the wheel. I think this thread would have died long ago if the original poster had been arrested for being "high" on valium, as opposed to alcohol. In other words, I think there is a double standard here which does not reflect reality.
