Unfrotunately I told the officer that i was going into dug rehab on Monday.He found the paperwork in my van anywa. I also told him I had be taken more hydro than was prescribed and that I had not script for the xanax. I am condernedn that this was an illegl search thoguht, sicne I did not give permission, anywon know about this. There were no meds in plain view other than some Nac's.
I am afraid that I am screwed. By Blowing the breathylyzer, I think that is just open and shut insn't it.I also said too much, hoping for sympathy whih I did not get.
The whoel possesion charge seems to stem from not having my script bottle with me. I KNOW I did a stupid thing. Expecailly since i ahd not drunk in 2 years. I cna seem tofind the sentencing for carrying a controlled substance.
Jail time? I have to toddlers at home. I hate to leave them for 30 or 6o days.
It is my understanding that if I am convicted of the DUI (3rd offense if 3 years, they take my van, a $20,000 van that is paid for. Anyoone know any truth to this?
