While I still think this officer made the decision to arrest me before I even got out of the car, and he threw the book at me, writing me for everything he could, I am seeing that the BAC is telling me that I did meake a huge mistake in judgement.
No I will not drink even one and drive again. BUT I don't know that I will never drink again. I'll have to really analyze that one.
I'm not sure if I posted all this officer wrote me for so I will do so now:
Possession of 2 Driver Licenses. (The state's PC's were screwed up and they sent me 2...didnt know this was illegal)
Crossing the Center line
DUI
Possession of a controlled substance
I would like to point out that you are doing the same thing you are faulting others for. You are passing judgement with the police officer. You don't know what that police officers intentions were. How could you know? Which is exactly what has happened on this board with you. Those of us who have read the posts have either made comments or some have passed judgment based on the facts given.
Taking responsibility also means that you admit/understand that you did something wrong. If you DON'T break the law, you can't be ticketed/arrested. It's NOT the police officers fault. He was only doing his job.
Having said that, let me also say that I do wish the best for you and your family. Children are innocent victims.
Also, I'd just like to point out if you would stop reading and responding to all of the "negative" posts, then it would die down. You invite more negativity into your life everytime you log on and read all of the comments.
Stop defending yourself to everyone. In the end, we all answer to ONLY one person and trust me when I say, I'm pretty sure He's not reading/posting here.
Good luck~
