when we were beimg trained the instructor would take a small sip of rum then blow into the BAT so we could see what + result is on the Breath test machine. The oral level promptly droped to .00 with in few minutes. that is why you are alwys tested twice unless it is blood level.
I think it is a great idea to test twice. But it is not legal in my state to test twice.
But I think you can maybe see the point of the above post.
The tester tested 0. But if he were to blow an hour later he would prbably have tested at least at .01 or .02 from that small sip once it was digested and in his blood stream.
