i wanted to add that i got a dui in vegas in 99 that i mentioned earlier and took drug court. i also got a a dui in merced calif last year guess i did not learn and they did not see the dui in vegas and treated as a first offense. i am really ashamed of doing this twice and feel like a total loser, calif gave me a 1450 dollar fine, diversion. suspended for 90 days and i do not have a calif license i live in oregon. i have to pay a 112.00 jail fee and got 36 months probation. i live in oregon and if you have three dui period in any amount of time 20 years ago or whatever you will lose your license forever. that is oregon for sure. i live daily with the the knowlewdge i put myself and others at risk and thank god i was on a isolated highway and was really only a risk to myself. this is just my experience
