If u KNOW in your heart u were not too drunk to drive, it still doesn't matter. I believe u that u felt u were capable of driving.
But, U failed the test.
U can find all the technical posts u want regarding dental work "trapping" alcohol levels, and the longer u wait, the higher the breathalyzer test will rate.
It DOESN'T MATTER.
I'm not judging you, and I do understand what u r saying.
But , it doesn't matter in the law's eyes.
U failed the sobriety test.
The "field" test, and the "breathalyzer" test.
I am not trying to judge u, just PLEASE, get yourself an attorney !!
