IMO you should NEVER get into a car after you have been drinking. NO MATTER WHAT! first there are innocent people on the same street you are driving as well as children. you might of "not felt" drunk but the breath test proved otherwise. my mother was hit by a drunk driver when she was 7 and that drunk driver drug under a car for 1/2 mile the my mother feel to the street and that drunk driver took off so to me there is no "good reason" nor is there a excuse to drive a car after you have had a drink. personally i have 2 beautiful children to think of before i raise that drink to my mouth so i feel no pity on you after your 2 previous DUI'S.
