i have to agree the best thing to do is always say as little as possible as soon as you thik your going to be aressted ask him. at least in mass he has to either tell you your under arrest. if not you are suppost to be able to leave right then.that hardly ever happens.
if they say yes or hold on or
we dont know yet tell them right then [especialy if you know your going. failing a drunk driving test after having two previous convitions in the last three years theres probably a 100% chance you are going to jail] ask for a right away for an attorney.the police in these conditions are NOT your friends they want to make there case easy with your owne words and hand the prosicution a case you will have to plead out to 99.9% of the time i dont mean to sound crittical of the poster or anyone its just i have been through manny manny simaler circumstances and you learn through experiance that the police are lookin for the easyest way out and like i said befor your owne words will always kill you in court. sorry to make it so long but i hate when these things happen to people who may be good but run into bad luck and timing.
