I think they should put it back- it was a really great idea for customer service issues! Probably easier too- than answering the phone or PM you all the time!

I was a previous patient of Online-Scripts and after having utilized the services of a few others OP's; now I finally settled on what I beleive to be one of the best.
With more experience I now have more of a "benchmark" on what to expect and am able to more accurately compare one service provider to the next (at least in respect to the few I used). At the time I was a patient IMO their customer service left some to be desired and seemed to have more problems with pharmacies, and the pharmacies they did have I thought offered poor service and packaging. This is not the first time I have heard of pharmacy issues and peoples medications not being shipped timely (fortunately for me I am not affected by it this time around). For the most part at first, things seemed to go very easy for me then my last consult the physician I consulted with was not very friendly and did not answer my questions very good and then changed my dosage and qty on me, which was troubling becuase my records are quite lengthy with test results and records from my PCP and specialist as well as an ER visit. With records that strong I was not satisfied and decided to switch. I am glad I did. I have never had this happen with my records...
I beleive prices here are among the most expensive. Prices for example Lortab 10 which might be the most popular is $156.08 (120 ct), while another popular OP is $99 for the same, and even $47.95 for the same at another OP!
Though it appears that online-scripts has tried improving things and the presence of Rocky on the board does help quite a bit but it appears by the remarks here that they still have pharmacy problems and long wait times. Considering the considerably higher prices (although the prices for the Consultation, notably the re-consult prices are reasonable) many people may expect a better experience for thier medical needs and I hope they can offer it some day....
Most of these OP's are very busy and 'growing pains' can be expected with anybody and obviously no one is perfect so I have found if you find one you like and can count on without breaking the bank stay with them. I have found one that I feel I can count on have great CS, pharmacy is helpful and reliable and best of all Dr. takes his time w/ consults and prices are good as well. That sounds like a winning combo to me and I don't plan on going anywhere else....

I too am a pt of ONLS and I am extremly disgusted with what I am going thru right now. My CC was charged on RF day - and 4 days later and 45 mins wait on the phone only to be told they would ship today. It is now close to 11PM no tracking number and the shipper could not find anything for me in the database.
What is going on? ANd you are right. They are NOT cheap. If service does not improve and fast - their are too many others that I will look into.
Also, I have PM'd "Rocky" and he does NOT respond. I also found it interesting that I once mentioned his name to one of his CS staff and they never heard of him. They told me that others have mentioned this Rocky and they have no idea who he is? Maybe he is just using a differnet name on the board. I am by no means saying he is a fake but I sure was surprised when the CS folks had no idea who I was referring to.
And 4 days later I will still be charged for overnight shipping? If they ever show!
I am losing faith -

I am constantly amazed at this thread. It's just post after post of complaints. Why do you people still sign up with them after reading all of this? Not trying to be mean, I feel bad for you but I don't understand what makes you keep coming back for more punishment. There are some really good OPs out there now. Just look on the board and go with a place that constantly gets rave reviews. Yes, some OPs get rave reviews all the time. This OP just seems to have problem after problem after problem.
Good luck to you all. If I were you though I would just cancel my remaining fills, eat the loss of the consult and go with an OP that actually provides great cs.

That made me laugh. Of course that's not his name. It's a board name and a strange one at that.

When they asked for my records on my last refill of my order I decided to go to another OP. I mean the PA should have asked me when I did my consult and after reading all the bad CS I new to move on so I left the last refill " as a Loss" Even if they would have given me some notice Of 2 weeks or so I would not have been mad but they asked for new records when my refill was due.

I did take offense to your reply. You mimic me. I dont appreciate that. And as far as Rocky not responding to me what is funny about that?
I do not have the funds to just "eat the loss" and move on to somewhere new. I want this matter taken care of they way they advertise that they care for their customers.
I am not looking for sympathy - just wondering if anyone else was CURRENTLY experiencing the same problem I am.
But thank you for you input.
I figured it was a board name! I was trying to be polite. I have used them in the past and things were great. It is as of late that I have had this problem.

Stella, how can you say I do not respond, when you PM me at 8PM and then say that I don't respond 2 and a half hours later? I do not monitior the boards 24 hours a day. As for your PM. I'll need some order information from you to look it up.

What I can't understand is that I have one refill left and they are asking for more records?? This angers me because I have never heard of a place saying all of a sudden you need to send more records before you can get your last refill. Yes I a could more than understand if before my next consult, but the last refill??? Rocky, is this policy? I am a long time patient with you guys and now this?

Give me a break! Reread my post. I said I felt bad for all of you who are having problems. What made me laugh, and I explained that clearly in my post, was this "rocky" thing. I don't find it funny you are having problems. Not in the least. I don't find it funny that you didn't get a call back. I found it funny that someone would use the name "Rocky" here. Very unusual don't you think? I find it funny that CS has never heard of anyone named Rocky. Why not just use a real first name? If you are running a legit business, why not just use your real first name or at least something a little more believable. Joe? Bob? John? Every time I see "rocky" I think of Sly Stallone in his boxing shorts. Sorry you took offense but I was not "mimicing" you. I don't even understand that statement. Good luck with your dilemma.

it IS policy. In in the system, when each refill comes around, the age of the medical records is examined and the refill is delayed if the records have become more than a year old.

Yes we did. But now when are they going to ship my refill? It was scheduled for yesterday the 6th (which was a Sunday and I didn't expect for them to) and now it is 8:30 PM on the 7th (Monday) and it shows it is in Shipping. I thought the Shipping Issues had been solved. Hopefully, it will be updated later tonight or at the least be shipped tomorrow. Let me know here or by PM.
