They will give you an email reminder when its time to refill. I think it usually comes around day 20, but your refill won't be shipped out untill day 25. That has been my experience with them.

in re to norco...when you order a consult, do wait until you speak to the doctor, or should you place order beforehand?
thanks

You wait to hear from the Dr. He/she will call you during the scheduled time frame (although I have always gotten my calls about an hour early...during the consult is when you request the medication. It is very short and easy.

they claim they require records, but mine have been sitting by the fax mahine ~ unusued ~ thru 2 consults with them.
my last one was on Wed. the doc asked me what i felt i needed, was i aware that these drugs are addictive, blah blah. the entire consult takes under 2 minutes.
HOWEVER i got screwed this time around... they claimed i would have meds in hand by friday (yesterday) & it was no-show with fed-ex. by the time i could try to call them (their phone # on their NEW site is inoperable) it was too late on the east coast where they are located.
they use St Peters Apothecary out of Imperial, PA exclusively. i tried to call them too, but they must be closed for the weekend as well. i even e-mailed NWW & ST Pete's last nite hoping someone would come in & at least let me know the status of this unfortunate situation, but alas ~ nothing in my box this morning
usually NWW sends you a tracking # after you get your e-receipt from them, but i didn't get one this time. since i've dealt with them before i had no worries about tracking. you can bet i learned my lesson on that one!
my last consults bottles say Dr Juan Ibanez.
hope this answers some questions for you. louis

I have used them and they imediatly asked for my medical records wich I promptly faxed. Ive had nothing but good experiences with them.
Some Questions should be PM'ed to members instead of on open forum, I for one am totally willing to help answer any inquiries by PM.~Dante

ALSO ~ i am starting to think the reason my last shipment was never sent to the pharm is because they DON'T have my records! thats probably what happened. i'll be the first to admit if i goof, & this could be one of those times.

i've been up all nite waiting to call NWW to find out exactly what happened to my order. i think i got the first call of the day in to them
the answering guy took my info & is in process of calling the pharm (ST Pete's) to figure out what went wrong. my order was approved, card charged, etc. i hope he calls back soon!
and by the way ~ i confirmed with the fellow on the phone that they DO have my records, & this shipment should've went out last Wed.
i'll keep the updates coming. until then ~ OUCH!!!

well, my apologies to NWW for freaking out! i was informed via e-mail by Angela that my last refill from my last consult overlapped with my new consult & order by 6 days, so i had to play the painful waiting game. i just wished someone from NWW or ST Pete's would have let me know when they found that glitch out, so i would have a clearer expectation of when i would have received my meds!
anyway... i would still recommend using NWW anytime to anyone, & i must say ST Pete's always does a fine job on promptness & quality.
THANKS TO ALL FOR LISTENING!!! louis

The very same thing happened to me today. After I read your post a lightbulb clicked over my head and I checked my bank account online. Charged for the NWW consult, but no charge for Global Billing (pharmacy.) My scrip won't be sent out unti Oct. 3.

NWW is good but are legit so have some records avail., they're a great source for legit pain sufferers so I'm not sure what the deal is about them not requiring records and all that...they really don't need bad press like that (depending on how you look at it i guess) -tim

People sometimes make mistakes. Relax now. Nothing she said was that secretive. Anyone can find out a Dr without reading this board, and as far as the records go , mistakes happen , for Ops and patients as well. Sometimes we just enjoy sharing info. I personally dont think any crimes were committed here. Enjoy the day , they are a good Op if you ask me

Norcoworldwide has been almost perfect over the four moths I've been dealing with them. They've only screwed up one of my refills - it was supposed to ship for Saturday but the pharmacy messed up and I didn't get it until Monday - big deal. They are very responsive and polite - both on the phone and the email.
I sent them a copy of my records and a copy of my ID to protect myself. They did not require it.
They are still honoring 90 count hydro scrips after 25 days.
I wish all the OPS would require proof of need (records, x-rays, MRIs, etc) so that those of us in real pain for real reasons don't get screwed by the fakers and junkies now flooding the system.
Take care out there, its a mean old world.

NWW is a top-shelf OP mistakes happen make your calls your emaisl then move on, they deal with volumes that would make grand central station look boring so it doesn't suprise me they slip, lets be honest they all do.
Ive been using them since the first day they opened thee doors which has been well over 9 consults and i get nothing less then perfection everytime sure i get 90 but i get zero hassles, if you have a serious problem email then not just ''admin'' PM me i will give you who to contact and they will BE SURE to rectify any situation that has proven fault on their side of the situation. (serious issues only)
and the thing about discretion, well with 3 clicks i can get a list of every doc connected to every OP so saying a name isn't that bad and yes VETS do it too....

You took the words right out of my mouth. I'm going through the very same thing with them right now. I think it would be to their advantage to let their customers know that there will be a delay in shipment due to the early consult because this is causing some bad feelings. Well, at least on my part.

sure, it was a huge deal at the time (5 days of no relief!) but like its been said a little further up... mistakes happen.
the last response e-mail i got from Angela (i sent them about 5 panicky e-amils over the weekend!) made it sound like she was going to speak to the physician or mention the mix-ups at the next employee meeting. hopefully lack of communication problem can be easily corrected on their or part soon, so nobody else gets the same waiting game.
AGAIN i repeat ~ NWW is still a top notch operation! as is St Pete's.
sincerely, louis
PS ~ my meds arrived earlier today & it has been a good day

Personally, I have a calendar on my wall. When I receive my script from an OP, I count out the days when the refill is due and mark it on my calendar. When I get my final refill, I count out how many day's I should wait for my next consult, then do the consult 1 or 2 days before the pharmacy can ship the "new" script. Try it- it works!
Posting the Dr's names and/or the pharmacy's names is OK. That's why were here-to help each other. Many OP's list this info directly on their web site. If "big brother" is watching, that info being posted here won't make any difference. They can easily get that info on their own.
On the VIP side under "basic info" where you get the discount codes, the Dr's names are listed for all the world to see. It's nice to know who the Dr is before hand in case you have had a problem with that Dr in the past. And these Dr's are all over the place, as you proabably know.
