Norcoworldwide has been almost perfect over the four moths I've been dealing with them. They've only screwed up one of my refills - it was supposed to ship for Saturday but the pharmacy messed up and I didn't get it until Monday - big deal. They are very responsive and polite - both on the phone and the email. I sent them a copy of my records and a copy of my ID to protect myself. They did not require it. They are still honoring 90 count hydro scrips after 25 days. I wish all the OPS would require proof of need (records, x-rays, MRIs, etc) so that those of us in real pain for real reasons don't get screwed by the fakers and junkies now flooding the system.
