they claim they require records, but mine have been sitting by the fax mahine ~ unusued ~ thru 2 consults with them. my last one was on Wed. the doc asked me what i felt i needed, was i aware that these drugs are addictive, blah blah. the entire consult takes under 2 minutes. HOWEVER i got screwed this time around... they claimed i would have meds in hand by friday (yesterday) & it was no-show with fed-ex. by the time i could try to call them (their phone # on their NEW site is inoperable) it was too late on the east coast where they are located. they use St Peters Apothecary out of Imperial, PA exclusively. i tried to call them too, but they must be closed for the weekend as well. i even e-mailed NWW & ST Pete's last nite hoping someone would come in & at least let me know the status of this unfortunate situation, but alas ~ nothing in my box this morning usually NWW sends you a tracking # after you get your e-receipt from them, but i didn't get one this time. since i've dealt with them before i had no worries about tracking. you can bet i learned my lesson on that one! my last consults bottles say Dr Juan Ibanez. hope this answers some questions for you. louis |
