From my experience in the military SF's, things like kickboxing are a good workout but overated. Anyone cane join a TKD program and "feel tough" or have "beer muscles", but true "toughness" comes mentally! Doesn't matter how big the dog in a fight, but the size of the fight in a dog!
LOL dude I dont need to kickbox to be touhg. I do it with a group of friends for fitness and fun. My main goal to is trim weight and tone up for real man. IT'S ALL BOUT HEART ANYWAYS WHEN IT COMES TO BEING TOUGH DUDE. I swear my main goal is weight loss/body tone
