I'm so sorry this happened to you! You must have been mortified to hear this from your doctor. If she told you this in person, I'm sure you wanted to faint.
Anyway, I've read on this board back when Lisa with TDI was posting and I remember her saying that there was a database in PA. There were three different pharmacies that were based in PA at that time also. I don't think any of them are in business anymore. At least I know TDI and CMC are not.
I still don't know how in the world your doctor would find this out though. Sounds like she should have been a private dectective.
