Again don't quote me on this but I believe that if the pharmacy that it ships from is in a state that has the monitoring program then it will be logged but it appears that you would only be caught (DD) if someone were to look it up although it may come through a pharmacy (yours) everytime I'm not sure. I really am only going by recollection from months ago so this is not written in stone, I really think this needs to be researched for some definitive answers and also I highly doubt that any of the NR OP's log anything into any database besides thier own. Please do the research, this may not be accurate.
