Purdue does make the 'name brand' oxycontin, but as of recently Purdue isn't the only one anymore though. I know of at least 1 other company, Teva as mentioned above, that now makes generics but folks seem to be of the opinion that they're weak. Go figure...
Looks like Purdue's patent on the oxycontin has expired. I wonder what the "next great thing" is going to be... Hydrocontin? That'd be nice because hydro works so much better for me than oxycodone in general...
