Has anybody ever rec'd an order from them after being "refused from the pharmacy"

I don't have any firsthand experience, but I would guess if it said "refused from pharmacy," your order is history. I would hate to hear that you waited around for an order that is probably not gonna come. Maybe you could try re-ordering. Hopefully, the other sites will start coming back to life in the next few days. Good luck.

If anyone else took the plunge with hotdeals last week, I would appreciate it a great deal if you would advise how your order turned out, i.e, are you still waiting or did you receive a Working tracking number; better yet, did you actually get your order?? I realize that posting the information right now may be uncomfortable for some; so if you did order and don't mind sharing some information, please PM me and let me know. Thank You.

I ordered 10/500 from there. they give a $25 discount for being a member weather you are or your not, just click yes. I think I got a great deal.I got 90 10/500 for 256.00 that includes shipping, It looks like one of the sky groups if you ask me! That's less then 3 dollars a pill, not to bad, plus they give you 90, most just give you 60. I got my tracking # today and right now it's in Orlando

Sadly, I ordered on 9/27 - on 9/30 I had a tracking # which never proceeded from shipping info received.... it still says that as of today Monday 10/4. Had a pretty sucky weekend- a forced break - with not much luck on the horizon. boo hoo for me.

Same thing happened to me. Placed an order last week and it went to shipped but hasn't moved past billing info received. Got through to customer service and they just told me to reorder. Not encouraging but they do seem to be shipping. Just hit or miss.

I actually got through to CS again b/c I didn't want to reorder (and wait... and hope). Anyhow, if you're stuck at billing info received it may be at the pharmacy. The rep contacted the pharmacy and it was supposed to be sent out today along with a new tracking number. The phone number is 305-442-9590 and they are answering. You may have to hit redial a few times though. I'll post tomorrow. Good luck

I did take the plunge I am ashamed to say. I am a bit embarrassed that I let pain over-ride common sense and paid the amount that they ask for 90 count. I ordered on Fri. the 1st, paid for Sat. delivery and received them on Sat. the 2nd. All accounted for...90Mallies...YUCK. They are so weak and some of them look like they had gotten damp. It is ridicules what they charge and they target people like me who got caught up in the Newlevitra fiasco who are in pain and panicking because we are running low on medicine. I have read where others want to boycott. Why? It won't do any good because there will always be people like myself, willing to pay the price and keep these crooks in business.
I am aware that record requiring OP's are the way to go and I had one that I had been using for over a year. When I went to call for a refill from Ken Drugs, I was informed that they no longer ship to my state and that all of my refills were cancelled (that was followed by an e-mail verifying it. I had just had a new consult and been charged for it! Now I will have to round up another OP and send in records, set up consult, etc.
I am sorry for ranting, I don't usually, I am more of a lurker, but thanks for listening.

I ordered last Tuesday, order was shipped on Wed. and received on Friday. Everything went perfect and the tracking number worked. I guess I was one of the lucky ones.
I would like to add that the order came from Texas,not Florida and there were no pain meds in the order which may make a difference.

i ordered 90. on thurs. was shipped on the 1st, i paid for saturday delivery and they came monday the 4th. I didn't get Mallies though. I got watson 540's.

has anyone tried expressph.com yet? no records op that takes credit cards. prices aren't fabulous, but better than rxhotdeals.

Thanks to all of you who responded. I'm both disappointed and cautiously hopefull .. I'm one of the people still sitting with the "billing info received status" for an order placed on 9/30/04. But thanks to all of your responses, I now have some options to take with the hope that I might actually get something. I'm going to phone them tomorrow ... I seriously doubt that emailing them is going to make anything move. And like Mule, I feel just as bad that my pain had to override my gut instincts that there was going to be problems receiving this order or that what I might get is going to be low quality.
I'm pretty livid about this whole situation. I'm mostly livid with myself for getting complacent when it came to gathering my records. I was advised and warned so there is no one to blame but myself. 
Thanks again to all of you for sharing your experiences. And everyone who is still in limbo/waiting, please keep us advised of any actions and outcomes regarding your orders. As before, please feel free to PM if you're not comfortable posting.

Quick update here. I was stuck in billing info received from an order placed last week (sept 29th). I called CS yesterday and it was supposed to be shipped out from the pharmacy. Well, UPS has come and gone and nothing. And no new tracking number or change to the original tracking info. I haven't had any luck getting back through. But I would strongly encourage anyone who calls to stay on the line with them or offer to conference call (UPS, the pharmacy, etc.) whoever you need to contact to resolve the issue. Each time they have put me on hold, come back on and said... "I just spoke with so and so and you'll receive tomorrow". I'm realizing now that I was just being blown off. I'll post again once I get through... good luck everyone.

I just got a response from CS via e-mail. They appologized for the inconvenience. They said many of their orders were sent back to them by UPS. They reshipped out today and gave me a new tracking #,so for those who are waiting,there is hope. I used the e-mail on website. Good luck to all!

I finally got through to CS and spoke w/ Ana who was quite helpful. I had to reorder though. So I'm back to being in limbo. She said that if your package is in "Billing info Received" that you should definitely call b/c it's lost/stolen/damaged/etc. Hope this helps

BTW- as soon as I got on the phone and indicated I had a problem with my order she asked if I had ever made a previous order. I have so it wasn't pertinent but I would assume that may be a potential source of the problems some folks have had w/ orders getting cancelled.

I am giving expressph.com a shot. I needed some antibiotics. That spider bite just won't quit. Been over a month and the wound is still nasty and moist. Scabs for a while then falls off and just plain nasty looking. Probably more than anyone wanted to know. Just cheaper this way for me than a trip to the doc again. Will let you know when and if it arrives. Should be no more than 4 days. The website was having problems and I actually had to call them and do the order over the phone. They say free shipping on the main page if I remember but the cost is $18 for express delivery and I think $12 for two day or something. If it doesn't show up I will just call and try and get the pharmacy to renew my antibiotics by calling the doc for me. I should have some by the weekend for sure.
