Thanks to all of you who responded. I'm both disappointed and cautiously hopefull .. I'm one of the people still sitting with the "billing info received status" for an order placed on 9/30/04. But thanks to all of your responses, I now have some options to take with the hope that I might actually get something. I'm going to phone them tomorrow ... I seriously doubt that emailing them is going to make anything move. And like Mule, I feel just as bad that my pain had to override my gut instincts that there was going to be problems receiving this order or that what I might get is going to be low quality.

I'm pretty livid about this whole situation. I'm mostly livid with myself for getting complacent when it came to gathering my records. I was advised and warned so there is no one to blame but myself.
